Before you make that final decision - contact Victorian House Inspections;
You will receive:
- A fully comprehensive inspection report guided by the Australian Standards
- AS 4349.1 which is conducted by a qualified current builder.
Briefly some of the areas we cover:
- Structural elements of internal/external areas
- Roof cavities and sub floor areas
- Leaking windows
- Dampness and ventilation
- Plumbing and electrical
- Maintenance repairs required
- Outbuildings including pergolas, balconies, fences, and driveways
The Inspector will contact you immediately after the inspection to give an overview, this is followed up by a detailed typed report which is both emailed and posted to you within 24 hours.
PLUS - we will also provide advice on how your building problems can be resolved.
